Dear Sir/Madam,

My wife and I live in Trecastle. Not long ago we were looking for a new Conservatory. We felt that it was either the time to add to our home or possibly looking at moving.

However in the credit crunch and the housing market, it would have been very hard to have sold our house, so we decided that adding an extension was definitely the right way to go. When we do come to sell, it will also add to the value of our home as well, so we see it as a nice investment.

We chose Conservatory Outlet, having being recommended by someone at work, and requested a quote from you. We received a follow up call and the customer service was to a very high and professional standard, they didn’t seem pushy or pressure us in to any decisions. Instead we arranged a meeting time and they came over and drew us a Modern Conservatory design based on our specification .

The spreadsheet design used showed when parts were added or removed, with the price being automatically adjusted. This was very helpful as we were working to a budget and wanted to get the most for our money.

Our Trecastle Conservatory looks very good now it’s installed and we’re very happy to have done business with you.
