After getting in touch with you on the free phone number, you spoke to us in a courteous and professional manner, and more importantly to me specifically, is that there was no high pressure sales feel about the conversation, you were just nice and listened to what i wanted to have done.

From the installation of the base of the tailor made orangery and upvc windows to extra visits made to rectify minor “snags”, your people have excelled and you are to be thanked and complimented on the top quality of your customer service, products and general all-round kindness and professionalism. Even the builders were polite and courteous when dealing with our requests.
